Session 5: The State of the Nonprofit Workforce
In this session, we will cover the following topics:
- Review recent research conducted by Causewave in partnership with Community Wealth Partners and supported by the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation. The research identified trends for attracting, developing, and retaining nonprofit talent in Western NY.
- The report from the Council of Agency Executive’s September Program meeting: Addressing Our Region’s Workforce Needs. This report will include workforce development strategies used by other local nonprofits, available workforce development resources, and additional recommendations shared by local nonprofit executives.
- Receive the most up-to-date information on the region’s 1115 Health Equity Reform Waiver.
